We start our People and Culture Masterclass with a series of 10 minute expert presentations before moving on to our expert-led roundtable discussions. Each roundtable lasts 20 minutes. When the time’s up, the expert at your table will move on and you’ll be joined by a brand new speaker.

Jeremy (FCIPD) is an experienced HR professional having worked in various roles encompassing many different disciplines of HR. Currently he's the Assistant Director Employee Experience at the RSPCA, and has transformed ways of working including an award winning hybrid working model, and is currently leading on the organisation's EDI journey. Jeremy is also a member of the judiciary sitting on employment tribunal cases.
